SO many of my friends are getting hooked on this...I have it at home.....and I'm thinking ny body needs to be HIIT today...(High Intensity Interval Training).....so THAT'LL be my cardio instead of Burn it Off....followed by "Recharge"...I need some stretching :)
Then it's time to spring clean this house!! That should keep the calories burning :D
