I just completed, Burn 1, Fire 30 AND Stretch 10!!!!!!! I decided I needed MORE...so I added Turbo Fire (http://beachbodycoach.com/esuite/home/shayna214?bctid=82703972001) to my current schedule (Chalean Extreme)....OMG!! It felt AMAZING!! I may not have followed the steps perfectly, but I FINISHED it!! I KEPT MOVING!!! That's what it's all about...every calorie counts!!
