You do not need to use all the same supplements that I am using, but be sure to eat 5-7 small meals a day. You should be eating every 2-3 hours to keep that metabolism burning. I am personally going to cut out all red meats. I will get my protein from shakes and lean meats such as fish and chicken.
I will allow myself one cheat meal per week......MEAL....not day!!!! I will still keep things in moderation for that meal, but will allow myself to indulge some :)
Decide. Commit. Succeed.
