OWIE!!! I freakin LOVE Burn Intervals....Heart rate up....then down...up...then down...for 45 min!! WHEW!!! I had to take a couple of breaks...but not for more than a rep or two...felt GREAT to complete it!! I always hate abs, but hey....they gotta get done...right??
Breakfast was some egg whites, pico de gallo, and pepper....scrambled together
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Pulled Pork BBQ
Dinner: Shakeology
AND 108oz of water!! I should have had another snack after lunch, but work was busy...and the water kept me feeling full. It was supposed to be my final day on my 3-day shakeology cleanse, but my Sgt. wanted to take me to this new bbq joint.....like I was gonna say no :)
