So I'm a bit behind on workouts...I wasn't feeling too hot yesterday, so I didn't workout. I'd rather be able to give 100% than just say "I got through it"....SO I made it up..
Today was Burn Circuit 3 and Ab Burner... It felt like a rest day compared to Burn Intervals!! Then I got to the 2nd calf raise portion...OWIE!! I was feeling the burn!! I then completed Ab Burner and was surprised that I could go "advanced" on some of it!!
Tomorrow is a scheduled "Rest Day"....BUT I'm behind...so I'll do Burn It Off and Recharge...then back on normal schedule on Sunday...
Tonight is a fund-raiser for Special Olympics....a drag show of sorts with friends...it'll be awesome to be out with a great group of friends!
